Refund & Cancellation Policy‌

1. ‌Advance Payment Terms‌

  • A ‌30%-50% advance payment‌ of the total project fee is required upon contract signing to secure project scheduling and initial resource allocation.
  • Advance payments are ‌non-refundable‌ unless the Designer terminates the contract.

2. ‌Stage-Specific Cancellation‌

2.1 Conceptual Design Phase Termination

  • Clients may cancel with a ‌70% refund of remaining fees‌ (deducting consumed labour costs and third-party material procurement).
  • The Designer retains intellectual property rights to all draft deliverables.

2.2 Development Phase Termination

  • Clients may cancel with a ‌40% refund of remaining fees‌ (deducting coding, testing, and deployment costs).
  • Unfinished source code or prototypes remain prohibited for client use.

3. ‌Non-refundable Circumstances‌

Full forfeiture of payments applies if:

  • Client breaches core contractual terms (e.g., exceeding 30-day feedback delay)
  • Project termination due to client-insisted use of infringing materials
  • Final deliverables have been approved and fully handed over

4. ‌Client-Initiated Cancellation Process‌

  1. Submit written termination request to [company email]
  2. Designer calculates refund eligibility within 5 working days
  3. Mutual execution of ‌Service Termination Agreement‌
  4. Refunds issued via original payment method within 15 working days

5. ‌Designer’s Termination Rights‌

The Designer may terminate services and retain advance payments if:

  • Client fails to pay instalments for 60+ days
  • Client refuses to sign critical acceptance documents 3+ times
  • Legal risks arise from client-provided fraudulent information

6. ‌Special Provisions‌

  • ‌Force Majeure‌ (e.g., war, natural disasters): Payments settled based on actual progress
  • Refunds issued in contractual currency; no liability for exchange rate fluctuations

7. ‌Policy Amendments‌

Revisions become effective upon publication via [official website/email notice]. Material changes notified to active clients 30 days in advance.
