Provide timely feedback and suggestions to ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Ensure that the information provided does not infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights or other legitimate rights and interests.
3. Fees and Payment
The service fee and payment method will be specified in the project agreement.
We have the right to suspend or terminate the service if the fees are not paid on time.
All fees are pre-tax amounts and you are responsible for the relevant taxes (if applicable).
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The design and development of the website will belong to you after you have paid all the fees.
We reserve the right to display project examples (unless otherwise agreed).
You need to ensure that the information you provide does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties, and you will be fully responsible for any disputes arising from this.
5. Project Cycle and Delivery
The project cycle will be specified in the agreement and shall be strictly adhered to by both parties.
If the project is delayed due to your delay in providing information or feedback, the delivery time will be postponed accordingly.
6. Modifications and Changes
If you need to make significant changes to the project scope or requirements, both parties need to renegotiate the cost and time.
We reserve the right to adjust the service content according to the actual situation, but will notify you in advance.
7. Termination of services
You may terminate the service at any time by written notice to us, subject to the payment of the cost of the completed work.
If we are unable to continue the service for any reason, we will notify you in advance and refund the fees for the uncompleted part.
8. Disclaimer
We are not responsible for service interruptions or losses due to force majeure (e.g. natural disasters, network failures, etc.).
We are not responsible for the consequences of inaccurate or infringing information provided by you.
9. Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes, both parties shall resolve them through friendly consultation.
If the negotiation fails, either party can file a lawsuit to the court of our location.
10. Updates
We may update the Terms of Service from time to time, and the updated Terms of Service will be posted on the website with the effective date.
